I recently stayed at the lovely Lake Como Peace Lodge in Menaggio for a few days. The rooms were basic but spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a majestic view of Lake Como. The included breakfast was homely and fulfilling, offering a variety of options. The wifi speed was great, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. it was excellent value for money and in a convenient location near the ferry.

I recently stayed at the Peace Lodge for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the hills overlooking the beautiful Lake Como, providing stunning views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and even upgraded our room for free due to some construction work. The room itself was tidy and spacious, and the breakfast, though basic, was satisfying. it was a great stay with a good location and friendly staff.

The bathroom, which was very small and cramped. It felt more like a toilet with a shower, and it was a bit uncomfortable to use.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a romantic backdrop for our escape. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided free parking, which made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas without worrying about finding a spot. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations during our stay.

There were noticeable dust and dirt, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer nights.

I had a bit of a mix-up with my room reservation, but the staff at Lake Como Peace Lodge - Casa Della Pace were great in handling the situation. They acknowledged the mistake and even though I ended up in a shared room, they made sure I still enjoyed my time at the lodge.

The walk up to the lodge. I have back issues and hauling a heavy suitcase made it quite difficult.

The budget-friendly hostel offered a great location, with easy access to nearby cities such as Bellagio via a short walk to the ferry. the staff were friendly and spoke good English. the rooms were basic but met basic needs, and there was plenty of parking space available. the hostel even provided a small breakfast, including baguettes, toast, jam, and cereal.

The bathroom was extremely small, requiring guests to stand right next to the toilet while showering.

Very friendly staff, helpful administration, nice views, close to center and transportation, peaceful and quiet.

The cleanliness of the private rooms leaves much to be desired. There were dead mosquitoes and spiders, as well as webs all over the walls.
